Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Sales Operations Analyst in United States

We seek a results-oriented Sales Operations Analyst with proven expertise in building, executing , measuring , and reporting on targeted digital programs utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM technology. Reporting to the Pipeline Generation team, this newly created role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evolving Cadence pipeline generation efforts for the direct and indirect sales channels for the Systems product portfolio across PCB design, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), RF/Microwave, Signal and Power Integrity, and other CAE workflows . The main objective is conceptualizing, developing, and creating standardized reporting and analytics for all campaigns and managing the global lead routing and distribution rules for the Systems Sales team .
The candidate must be an expert with SalesForce and Marketo and be familiar with lead routing automation tools that plu g into SalesForce , specifically LeanData , or familiarity with a similar tool . A full understanding of how a lead-to-opportunity process works to support Direct Sales and a Global Network of Channel Partners using automation tools is required .
Responsibilities
Build reports and dashboards in SalesForce and Marketo
Manage the lead routing tool, LeanData
Manage marketing automation efforts and processes
Implement automated processes and templates to support pipeline generation programs and business initiatives
Ensure data structure, integrity, segmentation, and collection processes are aligned with reporting and business needs
Define/build database workflow triggers, create rules, build segmentation and suppression lists, test, and experiment
Support important initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce, such as assisting with the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
Understand and evaluate pipeline generation metrics and distribute campaign performance to internal stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in a global, publicly traded B2B technology company
5+ years of pipeline generation experience in a B2B environment
Strong knowledge of the marketing technology landscape and solutions
Excellent understanding of marketing automation strategy and CRM tools experience (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe Analytics) and proven ability to leverage these technologies to fuel pipeline generation
Experience managing customer data, audience segmentation, and targeting
Understanding of entire funnel performance and growth levers for each funnel stage
Experience working with sales teams to understand needs and integrate them into their processes
Experience in tracking ROI, analyzing trends, and providing metrics
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in using the Adobe suite of tools is a plus
The annual salary range for California is $84,000 to $156,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
