Position Description

  • The candidate would provide analytical and specialized administrative support as necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Responsibilities will include, but are not limited, general office management including travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling, calendaring, administrative support, office supplies procurement support, and organizing and scheduling numerous team events.

  • Ability to adapt seamlessly and proactively within a fast-paced, fluid work environment.

  • Work cross functionally with other executives and executive administrators.

  • Organize and schedule meetings.

  • Back-up support of EBC Executive Briefing Center (may include, but are not limited)

  • Manage EBC requests

  • AV Requirements

  • Catering Needs

  • Follow up meeting details with requestor

    Position Requirements

  • This position requires a HS diploma, BA/BS preferred, with 5+ years’ experience supporting executive-level (VP & above)

  • Experience in working with Sr. Level Executives inside and outside the company.

  • Must have a solid work experience and be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Must be comfortable with various systems such as SAP or procurement systems.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively is critical, as is supporting multiple people concurrently.

  • Ability to work efficiently with little supervision is essential.

  • Positive attitude, mature, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, comfortable working under pressure, desire to be helpful is also required.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Located in the San Jose, CA
