The position includes development of high-performance multi-core simulator’s compiler and Core Engine for Verilog and SystemVerilog languages.

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join an ultra-strong team that develops sophisticated algorithms and implements advanced code that runs in parallel on multiple cores. Our team mainly focuses on performance – we constantly seek for new and agile solutions for various advanced optimization problems.

You will work with an experienced and diverse team in an agile, fast pace environment, addressing challenging problems and developing cutting edge solutions used by thousands of our customers worldwide.

The role includes:

• Team leadership of 3-5 people, locally and around the globe

• Invent, Design and Develop customer facing solutions and tools

• Lead collaborative projects with customers and other groups

• Work in Linux C/C++ environment

  Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in CS, EE, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience

• At least one year of managerial experience

• Expertise in C/C++ development and Object-Oriented Design principles

• Good communication skills and proven collaboration capabilities

• Excellent English
